We have spaces available in the Exhibit Hall of the Expo Center during the conference for vendors and non-profit agencies who are committed to the training of law enforcement, prosecutors, probation/parole officers, victim advocates, medical professionals, education and/or other professionals that work with crime victims and the criminal justice system.

Exhibit Space Rental Fee
$100 - For-Profit Vendors
Free - Non-Profit Vendors
Each exhibitor will receive one table and two chairs.
Any vendor or agency representative that wishes to attend the conference sessions must register as an attendee.
A $50 fee will be charged to all exhibitors (for-profit and non-profit groups) that register but do not attend. If you register as an exhibitor and are unable to attend, please contact Amber Cates at acates@brazoscountytx.gov by Thursday, April 20, 2025 to avoid paying this fee. Exceptions may be approved for extenuating circumstances.
