We have spaces available in the Exhibit Hall of the Expo Center during the conference for vendors and non-profit agencies who are committed to the training of law enforcement, prosecutors, probation/parole officers, victim advocates, medical professionals, education and/or other professionals that work with crime victims and the criminal justice system.

Vendor Space Rental Fee
$100 - For-Profit Vendors
Free - Non-Profit Vendors
Each vendor will receive one table and two chairs.
NEW FOR 2026: Vendors who register by January 31, 2026 will have the opportunity to choose the table location that works best for them. Table selection will open after payment is received and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $50 fee will be charged to all vendors (for-profit and non-profit groups) that register but do not attend. If you register as a vendor and are unable to attend, please contact Amber Cates at acates@brazoscountytx.gov by Thursday, April 23, 2026 to avoid paying this fee. Exceptions may be approved for extenuating circumstances.
