This year the conference will held on April 28th and 29th, 2025 at The Brazos County Expo Center.
Refunds will be processed for attendees who cancel 14 or more business days prior to the conference start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations requested within 14 business days of the start date. Refunds must be requested in writing before the start of the event.
No-shows, those who do not attend and have not sent a written cancellation request before April 27, 2026, will not receive a refund.
We will gladly make substitutions for you if you are unable to attend and another professional from your agency would like to attend in your place – just please let us know as soon as possible the change so that we can plan accordingly.
Doors will open on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, April 28th and 29th at 7:30 a.m. – Check-in and Registration is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. until 8:25 a.m. Sessions fill up quickly!
