Dates and Pricing
April 29th and 30th 2025
This year again will be a one day conference held on the above dates with the same speakers presenting each day, however for 2025 you will have the option to register and attend both days.
Early Registration
January 6, 2025-April 4, 2025
1 day --> $50 individual
2 day--> $80 individual
Regular Registration:
April 5-April 18, 2025
1 day --> $75
2 day --> $100
Late/ Onsite Registration
April 19-April 30, 2025
$150 per day
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all registrants:
- Full Refund: Registrants who submit a cancellation request by email to EVETBV@gmail.com at least two weeks before the conference start date will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than two weeks before the conference or for no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees.
- Emergency/Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, registrants may submit a special request for consideration. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the EVET Board of Directors after the conclusion of the conference.
We encourage registrants to plan ahead to avoid any issues with cancellations and to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your registration.
