This year, we are transitioning to a new registration system. When registering, you will be prompted to sign in to your TEEX account or create one if you do not already have an account. Your TEEX account will serve as a central hub for your registration details and CEU records.

When registering using a Purchase Order (PO) or paying check, the system will display a $0 balance at checkout. Once you obtain a purchase order, please email it to evetpurchaseorders@gmail.com

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all registrants:

1. Full Refund: Registrants who submit a cancellation request by email to EVETBV@gmail.com at least two weeks before the conference start date will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
    
2. No Refund: Cancellations made less than two weeks before the conference or for no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees.
    
3. Emergency/Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, registrants may submit a special request for consideration. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the EVET Board of Directors after the conclusion of the conference.
    

We encourage registrants to plan ahead to avoid any issues with cancellations and to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your registration.
